TaskUs is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Roadside Assistance Agent in Dallas, TX to troubleshoot self-driving cars, reboot modules, monitor systems, and assist passengers, blending tech know-how with customer service in dynamic field operations.

You will work 5 days a week in a company vehicle in service areas, using Android devices and laptops, while following safety protocols and driving guidelines. Training and support are provided to ensure safe, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic computer troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the public.
• Comfortable working in variable environments.

Responsabilités

• Proficient in basic computer troubleshooting, responsible for re-booting self-driving autonomous vehicles in service areas.
• Monitor multiple software systems with constant focus.
• Basic understanding of Android Cell phones and/or Laptops to connect to other computer platforms to issue commands to restart modules and computers.
• Maintain situational awareness and adapt to changing environments.
• Work 6-8 hours a day in a service area in a company vehicle, 5 days a week, to service autonomous vehicle computers.
• Safely operate a non-autonomous vehicle while monitoring self-driving vehicles.
• Operate self-driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes under varying conditions.
• Provide customer education on self-driving technology.
• Comply with zero-tolerance policy on alcohol or drugs for operators during shifts.
