Qualifications

• 2-4 years in fast-paced environments blending logistics and customer service.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

• Valid drivers license with a strong driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise pre-service and post-service checks to ensure readiness.
• Serve as primary on-field responder for vehicle recovery and incident documentation.
• Use remote operation tools to maneuver autonomous vehicles in recovery scenarios.
• Provide professional, empathetic assistance to passengers during recovery events.
• Diagnose blockers and power-cycle hardware or flash firmware to restore operation.
