Job summary

TSMG Holding in Dallas is seeking Depot Specialists to support the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will help prepare vehicles, ensure readiness, and maintain depot logistics.

This hands-on, fast-paced role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Training will be provided, and you will collaborate with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads to keep fleets safe and available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive both EVs and conventional vehicles.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for daily depot operations and ensure readiness.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, and inspection-ready.
• Verify vehicle equipment and sensor status for safety.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with dispatch, return processes, and depot organization.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support logistics for fleet expansion and new depot launches.
