Motional in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to deliver high-complexity programs for its autonomous vehicle platform. You will own end-to-end testing coordination across modalities, engineering teams, and regions, ensuring reliable, high-quality results while influencing multiple quarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably in fast-paced hardware or software engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a technical field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Autonomy to work independently on defined programs with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional communication of progress, direction, and trade-offs in a blame-free, action-oriented manner.
• Strong ability to use technical details to inform business dynamics and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership of product area including system interdependencies and business dynamics.
• Lead testing projects from ideation to execution across modalities, teams, and regions.
• Identify and manage risks and blockers; adjust direction as needed.
• Own OKRs and KPIs; drive department-wide impact.
• Coordinate Development & V&V with core cycle to align schedules with gates.
• Coordinate cross-functional scheduling to maximize test vehicle availability.
• Provide executive reporting on testing progress and release readiness.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and clearly explain trade-offs.
• Refine processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Participate in hiring decisions to strengthen the org.
