Job summary

APPLUS IDIADA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale autonomous vehicle testing program across multiple U.S. locations.

You will oversee field operations, coordinate teams, manage vehicles and routes, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client relationships to deliver on time and budget. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of autonomous systems, and ability to navigate complex logistics with international teams from IDIADA Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in automotive, technology, or field operations.
• At least 5 years in field operations management or automotive testing programs.
• Experience with ADAS or autonomous vehicle testing projects.
• Proven track record managing multi-site operations across geographies.
• Strong budget management and P&L responsibility (preferred).
• Experience leading large teams (20+ people) with diverse skills.
• Familiarity with safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• US driver's license and willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
