Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, software engineering, computer science or related field.
• 10+ years in systems or software engineering, embedded systems or vehicle systems.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering safety-critical platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead a systems engineering team defining clear, traceable requirements for AV Platform Software.
• Own system decomposition, interfaces, risks, validation intent, lifecycle artifacts.
• Coordinate with architecture, development, validation, safety, cybersecurity, vehicle systems.
• Set roadmaps, milestones and communicate status, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Develop reusable SE methods, metrics, automation, and AI-enabled tooling.
