Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zoox vehicle testing procedures and standards.
• Ability to collaborate in high-level teams and promote teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training activities at the assigned location for the Vehicle Operations team, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Audit Trainer and Mentor activities to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Track learner progression and maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, events, and resource allocation to meet team scaling goals.
• Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training, including real-life and simulated experiences, to enhance learning outcomes.
