Qualifications

• 1+ years in scheduling, forecasting, planning or related operations.
• Experience coordinating across technical, engineering, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, independent worker comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily autonomous vehicle scheduling and testing activities using internal scheduling tools.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation, testing site bookings and confirmations, and test equipment availability.
• Track resources and support planning to improve vehicle and asset utilization.
• Maintain scheduling documentation, spreadsheets, metrics, and records.
• Communicate schedule changes and follow up on action items with stakeholders across teams.
• Adapt processes to changing priorities and support additional team needs as required.
