Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician or engineer within automotive/robotics/automation/manufacturing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and performing deployment and entry into service of autonomous vehicles with Project Manager support.
• Managing vehicle commissioning, validating setup, deployment activities, and providing feedback for improvements.
• Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance interventions as required.
• Installing and configuring autonomous hardware and software components.
• Delivering basic and advanced training programs and assisting customers in operation and deployment.
• Providing remote assistance to customers through established support systems.
• Participating with Project Managers in regulatory approval and documentation.
• Reporting risks, issues, and scope changes and supporting mitigation plans.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of solutions and deployment practices.
