The role collaborates with software, controls, mechanical, and systems engineering teams, performing debugging, data analysis, and documentation to drive quality in product development and field deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years in controls engineering or validation.
• Experience with autonomous systems or vehicle controls preferred.
• Hands-on testing in lab and field environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, testing, and validation of autonomous truck controls.
• Execute system-level testing and issue resolution.
• Analyze test data and identify root causes.
• Develop and maintain test procedures and validation plans.
• Collaborate with software, controls, mechanical, and systems teams.
• Support field deployments and evaluate performance, reliability, safety.
• Verify software releases and control system updates.
• Ensure conformance to engineering standards and testing protocols.
