Job summary

Diversified Services Network in Tucson, AZ seeks an Autonomous Truck Integration & Validation Engineer for a 2nd shift role. You will support autonomous haul truck testing on-site, collaborate with a 31-person team, and gain hands-on experience across hardware, software, and data analysis.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering or CS or equivalent testing experience, 2–4 years in related fields, and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience in test/development of control systems/vehicles.
• Experience with heavy equipment or vehicle test/validation space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update test and development plans for autonomous haul truck testing.
• Execute on-machine testing on autonomous haul trucks to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on autonomous haul trucks.
• Analyze test data to derive insights and improve system performance.
• Thoroughly document and communicate issues identified during testing.
• Write test reports and provide recommendations based on testing results.
• Collaborate with Peoria-based software development teams to align on technical requirements.
• Interface with onsite expert operators and team members through in-person and virtual meetings, email, and instant messaging.
• Engage with end customers to understand their needs and feedback, and apply insights to improve product design and functionality.
