The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a pay range of $56.00-$57.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a master’s degree, or 7-8 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in vehicle testing, validation, integration, or development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain test and validation plans.
• Execute field testing and validation activities on autonomous machines.
• Analyze test data to identify performance trends and issues.
• Document testing results, defects, and observations.
