Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) in Longmont, CO seeks a Customer Support Technician to assist customers in diagnosing and correcting autonomous robots within our Autonomous Commercial Landscaping division.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, safety, and learning to operate autonomous vehicles in real scenarios. The successful candidate will diagnose issues, calibrate systems, and document cases while maintaining wireless networks and collaborating with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• College graduate, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce, SAP) programs.
• Some travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors with autonomous vehicles and control systems.
• Repair, correct, and calibrate autonomous machines as required.
• Make safety a priority in all tasks.
• Be hands on and willing to learn new skills.
• Maintain and support wireless and wired networks.
• Document support cases and update troubleshooting procedures.
