Qualifications

• Background in solar, electrical, or field service.
• Experience with PV and/or battery storage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Handle O&M, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and QA/QC inspections.
• Respond to system alarms and site issues.
• Support commissioning and site assessments.
• Ensure systems are operating at full performance and efficiency.
