Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Woodbridge, NJ team. You’ll deliver one-on-one care in private residences and senior living communities, with autonomy to create and manage your own treatment schedule.

Telehealth and virtual care options expand flexibility and patient access. Qualifications include valid NJ license or eligibility, a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, EMR proficiency, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of practice or eligible to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
