Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home and senior living care across Paramus and surrounding NJ communities. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver personalized therapy aimed at improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

The role offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a clinician‑driven practice dedicated to aging well.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care with evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility and independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
