Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Tinton Falls, NJ seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care in homes and senior living communities. You’ll conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, and provide evidence-based therapy tailored to older adults, with autonomy to manage your own schedule.

You may incorporate telehealth to extend access and continuity of care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in NJ or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Degree from accredited SLP program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• ASHA CCC certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
