FOX Rehabilitation in Edison, NJ is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care in homes and senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and treat to improve independence and quality of life, with flexible schedules and autonomy.

Clinicians may include telehealth, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document in the secure EMR. Compensation ranges with full-time or part-time opportunities and benefits.

Formación

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in NJ or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Current CPR certification and CCC (ASHA) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
