Job summary

Country Crest Post Acute in Oroville, CA is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role. The SLP will provide autonomous clinical care within a collaborative skilled nursing setting, delivering targeted therapies to residents and documenting progress.

We offer competitive hourly compensation from $55 to $70 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a stable schedule designed to foster long-term professional growth and impact in the Northern Sacramento Valley community.

Qualifications

• Current or pending state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR/BLS certifications are required.
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to lead by example and remain calm and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and update charts and reports.
• Educate staff and families on therapy plans and outcomes.
• Follow HIPAA and facility policies in all interactions.
• Collaborate with therapy team to optimize resident outcomes.
