Job summary

Country Crest Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Oroville, CA for Part-Time or PRN work. You will lead clinical initiatives, evaluate residents, and develop care plans with full clinical autonomy in a supportive SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Successful NPTE completion required.
• CPR/BLS certification current or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments per physician orders and CA standards.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver skilled interventions to restore function and reduce impairment.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff in line with CA law.
