This role offers both per-diem and full/part-time schedules with up to 40 hours per week, across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You will deliver high-quality speech therapy, help evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document patient progress, and support rehabilitation goals and long-term

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license or licensure in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language pathology care to patients in various settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
