Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, or community settings. The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative team of therapists and a flexible schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neuro injury preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognition and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.
