Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Las Vegas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver functional rehab across home, school, work, and community settings. You’ll treat patients in authentic life environments and drive outcomes through dynamic collaboration with a team of therapists.

The role emphasizes autonomous work in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment with opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and travel/reimbursement support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving/transferring patients may involve lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment plan effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patients' needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
