Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a production worker to manufacture components from blueprints and route sheets with strong attention to detail. You will set up and run hydraulic presses up to 1,200 tons, and work with Inconel, AM350, and titanium stock, ensuring precision throughout.

The role includes in-process inspections per ES specs, basic computer tasks, and training for rubber-to-metal stamping. Competitive hourly wages with a 20% third-shift differential are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Training provided for manufacturing/quality.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or quality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints, route sheets, and instructions to produce components with high attention to detail.
• Set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses from 150 to 1,200 tons, ensuring safe operation.
• Perform rubber-to-metal stamping; training provided if experience is lacking.
• Handle materials like Inconel, AM350, and titanium stock; maintain accuracy.
• Conduct set-ups and in-process inspections per ES specs, escalate unusual issues.
• Verify quality using SPC and precision measuring tools with meticulous detail.
• Use basic computer skills to perform labor transactions and required system tasks.
