Job summary

DoorDash Labs, an autonomous team within DoorDash, is seeking an operator to test, deploy, and log advanced technologies for last‑mile robotics, across Phoenix area offices. Two‑week training will occur in the Phoenix area, with night and weekend shifts (2 PM–12 AM).

Qualifications

• Two years of experience or strong interest in the space.
• Driver's license required; able to support multiple Phoenix locations (Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale).
• Comfortable riding an electric bike in day and night conditions and on streets.

Responsibilities

• Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve the product, including hardware, software, and business operations teams.
• Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies, understanding behavior, product capabilities, and issues; add requirements as needed.
• Maintain rigorous testing processes, ensuring safety and reliability of new products.
