Job summary

Spectrum Health West Visiting Nurses Association is seeking Licensed RNs to join our Home Care Skilled Nursing Team serving the North Holland area of Michigan. This full-time role offers flexible schedules, autonomous practice, and the opportunity to care for patients in their homes across Kent, Ottawa, and surrounding counties.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Michigan RN license, BLS, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• MI RN license upon hire.
• Valid Michigan driver's license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with staff, residents and families.
• Develops and maintains an individualized patient plan of care with the patient.
• Provides nursing services and implements the treatment plan.
• Teaches and supervises care provided by CNA, LPN, or other staff as needed.
• Participates in ongoing process improvement and QA activities.
