Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality care for older adults in an outpatient setting. The role emphasizes autonomy, consistent daytime hours, and a full caseload within ALFs and occasional home visits.

You will collaborate with experienced therapists, maintain timely documentation, and contribute to improving mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• 3+ years of PTA experience.
• Strong communication and patient-focused care.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and document within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and provide individualized treatments.
• Primarily treat patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), with occasional home/community visits.
• Manage your patient schedule within the 9:00 AM–5:30 PM workday.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff.
• Exercise clinical autonomy while collaborating with experienced therapists.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life.
