Sobe Innovative Rehab in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver high-quality care to older adults. You will manage a full caseload, exercise clinical autonomy, and collaborate with a team of therapists to promote independence and safe aging in place.

This role features a consistent 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule, guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and a supportive culture focused on professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with 3+ years of experience.
• Comfortable treating older adults in outpatient settings.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and provide individualized treatments.
• Primarily treat patients in Assisted Living Facilities, with occasional home visits.
• Manage your patient schedule within the 9:00 AM–5:30 PM workday.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff.
• Exercise clinical autonomy while collaborating with experienced therapists.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours.
