Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with 3+ years of experience to provide high-quality care to older adults across ALFs and occasional home visits.

You will work a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule with autonomy, supported by an experienced team. Join us to help patients remain active, independent, and aging in place with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with 3+ years of experience.
• Passionate about helping older adults live independently.
• Organized with strong time-management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and provide individualized treatments.
• Treat patients in Assisted Living Facilities with occasional home visits.
• Manage your patient schedule within the 9:00 AM–5:30 PM workday.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff.
• Exercise clinical autonomy while collaborating with experienced therapists.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life.
