Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects or programs.
• Proven experience leading and developing project management teams.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and customer programs.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• The ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
• Experience working with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, solutions-focused leadership style.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
• Experience managing nationwide retail, commercial, rollout, or multi-site construction programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex large-scale construction programs from planning through completion.
• Oversee project execution, team development, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and program profitability.
• Develop and improve project management processes and templates.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Coordinators, and field teams.
• Ensure proper staffing and resourcing to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Safety, and Field teams to drive outcomes.
• Review contracts, subcontractor performance, procurement strategies, and risks.
• Lead client meetings and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and financial reviews.
