Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Project Manager II to drive product delivery from concept to completion in a dynamic biotech environment. You will develop work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining data-driven dashboards.

The role requires 2–5 years of PM experience in diagnostics or biotech, strong communication, and the ability to manage risk and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences (preferred).
• 2-5 years of project management experience in diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Improvement: Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion and track progress.
• Operations & Compliance: Ensure projects meet deadlines and service plan requirements; oversee day-to-day activities and reporting.
• Resource & Data Management: Maintain data integrity of trackers and dashboards; manage CAPEX budgets and stakeholder reporting.
• Strategic Best Practices: Implement best practices within the clinical sciences team and drive continuous improvement.
• Risk & Requirement Management: Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays; perform critical path analysis and document requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence diverse stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
