Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Project Coordinator – Commercial Landscaping role in Broomfield, CO. Direct permanent hire with pay $32 - $34/hr DOE + robust benefits package.

You will maintain project files, manage site plans, prepare kickoff materials, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and field teams to keep projects on track. Fluent in Spanish and English; 2+ years in construction or landscaping coordination preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support or project coordination experience in construction or landscaping.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of contract compliance, permits, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project files and trackers (scope, milestones, contacts, deliverables).
• Upload and manage site plans, exhibits, and specifications.
• Prepare kickoff materials and support administrative duties for Project Managers.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to collect project information.
• Track project start dates, milestones, inspections, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Managers, Field Managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist with permit applications and inspection scheduling.
• Flag scheduling conflicts or risks and elevate as needed.
• Maintain logs for RFPs, RFIs, submittals, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure current plans and redlines are properly documented and distributed.
• Support municipal, regulatory, and client compliance requirements.
• Collect and track subcontractor documentation, including COIs and W-9s.
• Verify and upload final documentation for purchase orders and project closeout.
