Job summary

Willow Branch Landscapes in Spring Hill, TN, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape and hardscape installations from planning to completion. This in-person role blends field and office work and requires coordinating with crews, clients, and partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will manage project plans, review construction drawings, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining thorough records and proactive communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple customized projects with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
• Procore experience is a plus; bilingual skills are advantageous but not required.

• Develop and manage project plans from point of sale through successful completion, including schedules, task durations, staffing needs, and material deliveries.
• Lead installation crews and coordinate resources to support efficient execution and quality workmanship.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to determine work sequences and installation requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact on-site, proactively communicating progress and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and submit project submittals, review responses, and maintain project records.
• Coordinate production, planning, and execution to meet project requirements and deliver quality and value.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and manage execution to complete work on schedule and at or below budget.

Job description

Manage commercial landscape and hardscape installations from project planning through completion as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee installation crews, serve as the primary on-site client contact, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver new construction projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This in-person position includes work in both field and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Adaptability to changing project needs, a customer-service mindset, and a focus on results.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and other business management systems.
• Procore experience and bilingual skills are a plus, not required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of field and office work, including sitting or standing for 8 hours, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

Annual salary of $75,000–$95,000.
