Formación

• Active PA NP license in PA.
• Palliative care experience preferred.
• Strong communication with patients, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate palliative care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess symptoms and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support goals-of-care discussions with patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
