Qualifications

8+ years of construction/project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience managing complex, client-facing capital projects of $1M+ from design through closeout.
Experience with commercial facilities, occupied renovations, corporate real estate, or similarly complex operating environments.

Responsibilities

Own project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and documentation, keeping priorities aligned and projects moving forward.
Serve as the primary point of coordination among client stakeholders, facility operations, design teams, contractors, vendors, and other project partners.
Oversee design and construction execution, identifying risks early and focusing on safety, quality, and schedule.
Manage work within active facilities, coordinating phasing, shutdowns, access, logistics, and operations.
Drive workflows including design reviews, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change management, commissioning, and turnover.
Represent the owner with project teams and senior stakeholders, delivering concise progress reports.
