Job summary

GreenBench is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction initiatives across retail and multifamily properties throughout Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey. You will plan, organize, coordinate contracts, monitor costs and schedules, and document progress on behalf of owners.

Qualifications

• College degree in Building Construction, Engineering, Architectural or similar preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, including field experience and estimating abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, purchase/contract administration, and monitor costs/schedule for construction projects.
• Document jobs and oversee execution on behalf of the owner.
• Prepare budget estimates, review drawings, and manage project management activities.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure quality and timely completion.
