  • Manage work within active facilities, coordinating phasing, shutdowns, access, logistics, and operations.
  • Drive workflows including design reviews, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change management, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Represent the owner with project teams and senior stakeholders, delivering concise progress reports.

What To Expect in this Role

As an Owner’s Representative supporting commercial facilities, infrastructure, renovations, and capital improvement projects, you’ll take ownership of projects across active corporate facilities in Kennett Square and Coatesville. You’ll serve as a trusted extension of the client team, bringing the oversight, judgment, and coordination needed to deliver projects from planning through successful closeout.

  • Own project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and documentation, keeping priorities aligned and projects moving forward.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination among client stakeholders, facility operations, design teams, contractors, vendors, and other project partners.
  • Oversee design and construction execution, identifying risks early and maintaining focus on safety, quality, constructability, schedule, and operational requirements.
  • Manage work within active, occupied facilities, coordinating phasing, shutdowns, access, logistics, and other activities that could affect ongoing operations.
  • Drive critical project workflows, including design reviews, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change management, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Anticipate problems and drive resolution, bringing forward clear options and recommendations before issues affect operations, cost, or schedule.
  • Confidently represent the owner with project teams and senior stakeholders, providing concise reporting on progress, financials, schedule, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred; PE, PMP, CCM, or similar professional credentials are a plus.
  • 8+ years of construction/project management experience, including direct responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, client‑facing capital projects of $1M+ from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Experience with commercial facilities, infrastructure, occupied renovations, corporate real estate, utility, industrial, or similarly complex operating environments strongly preferred
  • Experience coordinating phased construction, shutdowns, equipment replacements, commissioning, and turnover within active facilities.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure, with the ability to effectively oversee technical teams and identify project risks.
  • Proven ability to represent clients and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, facility operations, design teams, contractors, vendors, and end users.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, PlanGrid, BIM, or similar project management platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to independently manage project responsibilities and deliverables while collaborating effectively with the client and broader project team.
