Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide adult/geriatric therapy, improving independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a supportive clinical setting.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, deliver patient-centered care and enjoy flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy and opportunities for growth while helping residents maintain dignity and functional independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities and ADL training with adaptive techniques.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
