Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients to improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will deliver patient-centered care with clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team that values clinicians, ongoing growth, and excellent outcomes for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
