Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse III (RN) to deliver autonomous occupational health services on designated shifts at our East Peoria site. You will handle employee injuries, illnesses, emergency response, and clinic administration while collaborating with facility leadership and Corporate Medical staff.

The ideal candidate has a valid RN license and 3–5+ years in occupational health or related settings, with strong assessment, triage, and care skills, plus

Qualifications

• Active RN license required or able to obtain.
• Experience in occupational health or emergency care.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous occupational health nursing services for employee illnesses and injuries.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and administer first aid.
• Conduct OSHA surveillance exams and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, safety and medical staff and participate in wellness programs.
