Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a skilled nurse to provide direct patient care at an onsite occupational health clinic for a major auto manufacturer. You will coordinate treatment plans with the onsite physician or NP and help set return-to-work goals.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, injections, education, and ensuring accurate charting in the EMR. The role requires clinic flexibility, professionalism, and a focus on safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN license.
• Excellent communication and patient-care orientation required.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and nurses in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient information and medical history at check-in.
• Performs basic nursing tasks and administers injections as directed.
• Supports providers and coordinates return-to-work goals.
• Maintains records and ensures patient confidentiality in EMR.
• Assists with scheduling tests, labs, and referrals as needed.
• Helps prepare exam and treatment rooms and maintains a safe environment.
