Job summary

IMCS Group is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse III (OHN III) to oversee daily clinic administration and deliver occupational nursing in a high-volume environment. The role involves autonomous practice, handling employee illness/injury, and leading on-site medical emergencies.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR, 1–5 years in relevant settings, strong triage and documentation skills, and proficiency with Word/PowerPoint/Excel. Some states may require licensure flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in applicable state.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience; 3–5 years in occupational medicine, acute care, emergency care, or clinical settings preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and triage skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Proficient Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel.
• Experience with occupational health systems like Cority and ERR is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance, HR integration, and ergonomics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services related to illness and injury in a CORP Medical Department setting.
• Respond to clinical and administrative demands and seek consultation when needed.
• Lead on-site medical emergencies and coordinate with contracted health providers.
• Support clinic administration, orientation, metrics, and HR data systems (PeopleSoft).
• Interface with facility leadership and Corporate Medical Department to ensure medical services effectiveness.
• Support HR and facility leadership initiatives on health, safety, productivity, and engagement.
• Assist with post-offer activities, return-to-work evaluations, and drug testing programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve occupational health practices and clinical processes.
