Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to patients in the Brewton, AL region. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision, caring for a diverse patient population with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

You will assess health, develop treatment plans, prescribe necessary medications, and collaborate with our in-house clinical team to ensure quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA in Alabama.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor with strong people skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to a patient panel in Brewton, AL.
• Perform physical examinations and review medical histories to create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations on internal platforms.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and participate in care planning.
