Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and palliative care to patients in Monroeville, AL and surrounding areas. You will work under physician supervision to manage chronic conditions and coordinate home-based care for diverse patients with limited mobility.

You will perform exams, develop treatment plans, order tests, prescribe medications, and participate in medical staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA license in Alabama.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat.
• Independent worker with good communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in Monroeville, AL.
• Perform physical examinations and update medical histories to plan care.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to an assigned panel.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and appropriate interventions.
