Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and palliative care at the homes of patients in the Atlantic City, NJ region. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision to care for a diverse set of chronic-disease patients.

You will maintain patient relationships, develop treatment plans, and work with our in-house clinical team to coordinate orders and diagnostics, attending quarterly meetings as part of our growing practice.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP with NJ license.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Atlantic City area.
• Perform physical exams and manage care plans.
• Coordinate with clinic operations across platforms.
• Prescribe medications and orders as needed.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings.
