Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and 1:1 care to help patients rebuild communication, cognition, and swallowing in real life.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; moving, lifting, or transferring up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patients and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
