Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings in the US-MA area. You will help patients rebuild communication, thinking, and participation after neurological injury or illness with clinical autonomy and meaningful, relationship-based work.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
