Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will help patients regain communication, thinking, and daily-life participation after neurological injury or illness.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and 1:1 patient care within a locally focused neuro rehab program. License, CPR, and experience in neuro rehab are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the practicing state(s).
• Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings and conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
