Caterpillar Inc. in Northern Nevada is seeking a MineStar Site Manager to lead on-site autonomy initiatives for the Autonomous Haulage Solution (AHS).

You will coordinate across a complex matrix, aligning Caterpillar product groups, dealers, and customer stakeholders to keep autonomy running safely and at peak performance. You will act as the trusted advisor to the customer, build executive relationships with mine leadership, and champion Caterpillar’s Zero Harm safety commitment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Mining or mechanical engineering degrees are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Represent Caterpillar on site as the trusted advisor for the Autonomous Haulage Solution (AHS).
• Coordinate across a complex matrix to align product groups, dealers, and customer stakeholders.
• Lead and support on-site autonomy roles and partner with the customer’s command team.
• Drive performance metrics such as technology availability, fleet utilization, production, uptime, and safety.
• Influence product groups and internal partners to accelerate corrective actions and minimize operational impact.
• Build executive relationships with mine leadership and decision-makers to ensure success.
