Caterpillar Inc. located in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks a MineStar Hub Manager to lead a regional autonomous mining support organization. You will drive safe, productive operations across multiple sites while coordinating with customers, dealers, and Caterpillar product teams.

You will oversee remote and site-based teams to maximize uptime, safety, and technology adoption. Domestic travel will be required, and relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Mining or Mechanical engineering degree required.
• Experience leading autonomous mining operations or MineStar support.
• Experience managing distributed or remote support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Autonomous Application Specialists and Onboard Specialists providing remote and site-based support across multiple customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary operational leader for Caterpillar's U.S. autonomous support hub based in Phoenix, AZ.
• Drive performance on technology availability, fleet utilization, production, uptime, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with site managers, regional leaders, dealers, and product groups to resolve operational challenges and accelerate corrective actions.
• Establish consistent processes, reporting, and support models to improve autonomy performance across mine sites.
• Build relationships with customer leadership and act as a trusted advisor for autonomous mining operations.
• Provide leadership during critical events, escalations, and major deployments.
